Our next two-day TEAMcare Program Training takes place September 26-27, 2013 in Seattle. More information on our TEAMcare training can be viewed by downloading a copy of our brochure.
Our two-day TEAMcare Program Trainings include comprehensive training, course materials, continental breakfast, and snacks.

Registration Information:
Early registration fee: $445 (registration before September 20)
Late registration fee: $495 (registration after September 20)
NOTE: Registration fee now includes CNE contact hours certificate.
Please click on the REGISTER button below to register. Please note the registration system uses the wording "License" instead of register. By clicking on the License Button on the next page you are registering for the training.
Instructions:
- Click the Register Button below (will take you to the Center for Commercialization's Express Licensing Page).
- Scroll down and click on License Button.
- Enter in your information (Licensee info).
- Click Enter Billing Info Button.
- Enter billing information, if different, and payment information.
- Click Execute License Button.
You will receive a payment confirmation email from the Center for Commercialization (C4C). You will also receive a separate registration confirmation email from Zandra Grissom of Training Xchange with training logistics and information.

Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare and hotel, are the responsibility of the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
If you register and are unable to attend, you can apply your fee toward a future training within one year of University of Washington's receipt of cancellation notification. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare and hotel, are the responsibility of the registrant. The University of Washington reserves the right to cancel this course twenty (20) days prior to the course date when a minimum enrollment is not met or for other reasons that prevent the University from holding the course. Each registrant will be notified by telephone followed by written notification and a full refund.
